I had a lovely experience at the resort, enjoying a fantastic afternoon tea that was loaded with delicious treats. The service was excellent, making the occasion feel truly special, but my spa visit left me wanting more in terms of extra amenities and overall value. The location is picturesque and peaceful, allowing for some relaxing moments, although the spa facilities could use improvements. Overall, I found the resort offered a quality experience, but the spa pricing did feel a bit high for the offerings.

Our stay at Lough Erne Resort was nothing short of magnificent! The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed, truly giving a sense of luxury. The dining options were excellent, particularly the gourmet meals at the restaurant. However, a minor hiccup during check-out took away a bit from the overall seamless experience we expected. Still, the stunning surroundings and variety of activities made for a memorable getaway.

The lodge we stayed in was beautiful and spacious, offering a perfect view of the lake. The roll top bath was a delightful touch, though I didn’t have enough time to enjoy it fully.

The staff were quite attentive, yet we encountered a minor issue with our check-out where we received multiple calls for payment despite having settled it upon departure.

7.8/10

I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. While the lodge was spacious and comfortable, with a very clean environment, the spa facilities were quite disappointing and did not meet the five-star expectations. The dining experience, especially at Catalina, was excellent, with wonderful food and pleasant service, but some aspects of my stay, like the repeated loud noises in the morning, detracted from the overall enjoyment. All in all, there were highlights, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Dining

The dinner at Catalina was exceptional, with a fantastic five-course experience that was worth the expense.
Facilities

The spa facilities were underwhelming with a small, crowded pool and little room for relaxation, which was disappointing given the hotel’s five-star rating.

I had the most delightful stay at this resort. The service was exceptional, with staff making me feel truly valued throughout my visit. The food in the Catalina restaurant was simply outstanding, providing a memorable dining experience. However, while the location was beautiful, I did find a few areas needing a little update. Overall, a fantastic getaway for relaxation and indulgence.

The service was overwhelmingly brilliant, with every member of the team showcasing a genuine willingness to assist. However, there was one staff member who seemed a bit rushed and not as engaging.
Location

Set on the outskirts of Enniskillen, the surroundings were stunning with scenic walking trails. Yet, some of the furniture in communal areas felt a bit worn and could use an upgrade.
